Agency Updates as of February 6, 2023

Based on feedback, we are making a few changes! All changes below are effective Monday, February 6, 2023. If you have any questions, please call (260) 447-3696 and speak with an Agency Services representative. There will no longer be a limit on salvage items. The 300-pound limit will be lifted today. The 30-minute time limit on the agency floor will no longer be in effect. Agencies can now make as many appointments as needed. The old rule is now lifted that limits agency appointments to the number of days they are open each week. Community Cupboard Voucher Limits Back up to 100 lbs

Great news! As of Monday, August 22, 2022, voucher limits will be raised from 50 pounds to 100 pounds. On Monday morning after 7:30 AM, you will be able to place orders for up to 100 lbs. The current limit of 5 lbs of meat will remain, as we are still short on meat more than other foods at this time.
