Agency ServSafe Quiz (New and Renewing Agencies)

Each year, all member agencies that store, distribute, serve, or handle food are required to take a ServSafe food safety quiz. Completion of this online quiz serves as confirmation that you have reviewed the information included in the PDF titled "ServSafe Food Handler Guide for Food Banking." All required agencies must complete ServSafe training at least once annually.
