Company Announcement Walker’s Wine Juice LLC of Forestville, NY is recalling its pumpkin juice because it may be contaminated with Botulism. Botulism is a potentially fatal form of food poisoning and can cause the following symptoms: general weakness, dizziness, double-vision, and trouble with speaking or swallowing. WASHINGTON, April 2, 2025 – Hearthside Food Solutions, LLC, a Salt Lake City, Utah establishment, is recalling approximately 489,887 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) sausage and bacon breakfast sandwich products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
