Agency PAC Interest Survey

If you are an active member agency and would be interested in joining our Partner Advisory Committee, please fill out this survey to indicate your interest:
Community Harvest Food Bank is starting a Partner Advisory Committee. This committee will be comprised of one organization from each county we serve for a total of nine members. This committee will meet to discuss events and issues facing service organizations, ways that Community Harvest can better support your missions, and ideas for collaboration between partner organizations, CHFB and others alike.
We are asking all partner agencies from all eight rural counties to vote for one organization in their county to represent your county's interests in these meetings. Please follow the following prompts to submit your vote. Results will be shared with all agencies as soon as they are compiled. You ARE allowed to vote for your own organization if you wish. We ask that each organization only cast one vote each to ensure each agency has equal say in who represents their county.
