All quizzes and requirements are due on or before November 30, 2024. Beginning December 1, 2024, agencies with incomplete requirements will be placed on product hold. Please see below to check if your agency is required to take one or both quizzes.

Update: The 2024 Agency ServSafe Quiz is now available. This is required for all food handling agencies (unless you have an official ServSave certification).

Agency Day is coming up!

Date: Friday, November 1, 2024

Time: Two sessions, morning and afternoon. You can attend your choice of 8:00 - 11:00 AM or 12:00 - 3:00 PM

Location: Fellowship Missionary Church, 2536 E Tillman Rd., Fort Wayne, IN

Agency Day is an annual training day that is required by Feeding America and Community Harvest Food Bank for all member agencies that process, handle, or distribute food directly to clients. Agencies that issue vouchers only are not required to attend.
